Description

Module 1 Motion Dynamics is our Foundational Flexibility Training module.

32+ hours of hands-on training with Asia’s foremost instructor in the field of mobility training.
Evaluation will be conducted during the training course.
Upon completion of the course, you will obtain:
Motion Dynamics Academy (MDA) Certification of Attendance of Module 1 Motion Dynamics;
Eligibility for exam for MDA Certification of Completion of Module 1 Motion Dynamics.
